IMPORTANT TIPS:

1. Zattoch after use DO NOT THROW IT AWAY, BUT GLUE THEM ON EACH OTHER! After 5-6 pieces Zattoch will start sharpening and disposable machines with irregular geometry.

2. When sharpening, you should moderately press the cartridge against the Zattoch, since artificial diamond crystals are in an amorphous medium. The real-time sharpening process is shown in video 1 "Sharpening process"

3. After 5-6 pieces of Zattoch, due to the multi-layer elastic structure, when you press the cartridge during the wiring process, a BELT EFFECT occurs, which improves the sharpening quality. This effect increases with each new Zattoch. We remember that our grandfathers sharpened and sharpened razors on leather belts. video 2 "Belt effect"

4. Deflection shown in video 3 "Sag effect."

5. According to the results of Zattoch tests in a specialized laboratory, after 500 Zattoch strokes, due to the reduction of diamond abrasive, the sharpening process turns into a blade cleaning process, which also restores sharpness and allows you to make another 500 wires.

INFLUENCE OF THE DESIGN OF RAZORS ON THE QUALITY OF SHARPENING

On the left is the Mach-3, a popular reusable razor. Right - Super-Max, a cheap disposable machine. At this angle, it is clearly visible that the three blades of Mach-3 lie in the same plane, the upper sliding strip is located below the plane of the blades and does not interfere press the blades against the Zattoch when sharpening. Super-Max has stepped blades and an upper slide strip above the plane of the blades and prevents the blades from being pressed against the Zattoch. This machine does not sharpen well. How to use ZATTOCH?

1. Remove the protective film from the back of the zattoch and stick it on a flat, dry surface near the washbasin (vertical or horizontal). It can be on the cabinet door, inside or outside.

2. Run the machine over the surface zattoch 6-10 times against the shaving movement, pressing the cartridge with your finger to zattoch.

3. Rinse the razor under running water.

4. When sharpening, the razor and zattoch must be dry.

Characteristics of ZATTOCH

Our simple and effective device, which has no analogues in the world, extends the life of blades in disposable and reusable machines by 4-6 times. It consists of a multilayer structure, on the surface of which there is environmentally friendly leather, each square centimeter of which contains ~ 23,000 fine crystals of artificial diamond, which is an abrasive for the blade.

A full cycle of testing the device in terms of efficiency and durability was carried out in the certified testing center of NTU of Ukraine "KPI". According to the test report, one device can withstand at least 100 sharpenings (one sharpening - 6-10 wires).
